King George VI talks to the Hon. Margaret Elphinstone at the marriage of Lord and Lady Elphinstone's younger son, the Hon. Andrew Elphinstone, a nephew of the Queen, to the Hon. Mrs Vicary Gibbs, one of Princess Elizabeth's ladies-in-waiting, at St. Margaret's, Westminster. Margaret Elphinstone was one of Princess Elizabeth's bridesmaids the following year, in 1947.
